Consent Declaration

The undersigned parties hereby provide their consent in relation to the Partnership Agreement dated [insert date] (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), entered into between:

• Party 1: [Your Name]
• Party 2: Invest Business House
• Party 3: [Investor – to be identified later]

1. Purpose

The Parties agree to:

• The exchange and processing of relevant information, documents, and data, including but not limited to project plans, financial forecasts, and presentation materials, for the purpose of executing the capital raising described in the Agreement.
• Party 2 being authorized to disclose necessary information to potential investors (Party 3) for the purpose of establishing contact and facilitating the investment process.

2. Processing of Information

• The Parties expressly consent to the processing and sharing of necessary information in accordance with the Agreement and applicable laws, including data protection legislation.
• All information shall be treated as confidential and may not be used for any other purpose than those specified in the Agreement.

3. Fees and Facilitation of Payments

• Invest Business House shall be entitled to a fee of USD 10,000 for case processing and investor search services. This amount shall be paid directly to Invest Business House by the investors.
• A dedicated escrow/facilitation account shall be established, from which Invest Business House is entitled to deduct 3% of the invested amount prior to transferring the remaining funds to Party 1, in accordance with Invest Business House’s business policy.

4. Duration and Withdrawal

• This consent shall remain valid for the entire term of the Agreement, as outlined in the pitch deck dated from the time of signature.
• This consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice to the other Parties. However, withdrawal shall not release the Parties from obligations already undertaken under the Agreement.
• The processing fee of USD 10,000 is non-refundable in the event of termination of this Consent Declaration or the Agreement.

5. Signatures

By signing below, the Parties confirm that they voluntarily and in good faith provide this consent in connection with the Partnership Agreement.

The original agreement will be sent to you and must be signed before we start and the administration fee must be paid.
