Invest Business House® – Next-Generation Energy Technology
Invest Business House® has invented/developed a new generator technology designed to generate 5+ MWh of power without requiring energy from an external source.
The technology is intended for use worldwide, including in demanding environments and potentially in space and on the Moon.
A Unique Opportunity for Strategic Acquisition and Further Development
This project represents an attractive opportunity for a company seeking to acquire and further develop a promising technology with significant commercial potential.
The transaction can be structured as a royalty-based arrangement, a licensing agreement, a percentage of sales, or an outright sale granting the buyer full ownership, subject to negotiation. This provides the acquiring company with the flexibility to further develop, commercialise and scale the technology on its own terms, with the opportunity to realise its full future business potential.
To ensure a smooth transition and establish a solid foundation for continued development, our engineering team will remain involved, providing technical expertise, experience and continuity throughout the development process.
Due to current Danish legislation and regulatory requirements, further development cannot be carried out in Denmark due to tax-related considerations. This creates an opportunity for a company with the appropriate framework, resources and capabilities to take the project forward and unlock the technology’s potential in another market.
We have already received offers from interested parties. These will be evaluated collectively before a final decision is made at a later stage.
For the right company, this represents an opportunity to secure full ownership of the project, continue its development with support from our engineering team, and position itself to capitalise on the technology’s commercial opportunities.
We are seeking a serious and committed partner with the ambition, expertise and resources required to take the project into its next phase.
The development project is not currently patented. The buyer will have the opportunity to apply for patent protection.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Requirement
Any party wishing to submit a bid, proposal, offer, or otherwise participate in negotiations concerning projects involving intellectual property or inventions of exceptional novelty, strategic importance, or commercial sensitivity shall, as a prerequisite to commencing any negotiations or receiving access to confidential information, execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in a form substantially similar to this Agreement.
The requirement is intended to ensure the strict confidentiality and protection of proprietary information, including, without limitation, technical concepts, inventions, patent rights, commercial strategies, and other non-public information disclosed in connection with the project.
DESIGNED FOR 50 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS OPERATION 24/7 365
The generator system is engineered for a design service life of up to 50 years of continuous operation, with minimal maintenance requirements. The modular system architecture enables the generator unit to be exchanged for a newly refurbished or replacement unit, while the removed unit undergoes comprehensive overhaul, refurbishment, and performance validation.
This interchangeable configuration is designed to maximise system availability, minimise operational downtime, and support long-term serviceability through a structured maintenance and refurbishment cycle.

PM Energy — Modular Energy System Construction
Reference Capacity: 10 MWh per Unit
PM Energy is developing a modular energy system designed to support scalable deployment, flexible installation, and project-specific configurations. Each unit is based on a reference capacity of 10 MWh, with the overall system architecture tailored to the technical requirements and objectives of each project.
Value Proposition
PM Energy combines modular design, flexible installation options, and scalable capacity to deliver adaptable energy infrastructure tailored to project needs. The approach supports efficient site utilization, customized system configurations, and future expansion as energy requirements evolve.
System Specifications
Reference Capacity: 10 MWh per unit
System Architecture: Modular construction
Installation Options: Above-ground or underground deployment
Scalability: Configurable multi-unit installations
Customization: Project-specific system layouts and configurations
Infrastructure Integration: Designed for integration with relevant electrical infrastructure
Modular Design and Scalability
PM Energy’s modular approach provides flexibility in system configuration, site integration, and installation planning. Individual units can be combined to accommodate larger capacity requirements, allowing the overall system layout and capacity to be adapted to project-specific needs.
This approach is intended to support flexible deployment, efficient use of available space, and scalable system development as project requirements evolve.

Recommendation: Development of a Continuous-Operation Prototype for Showroom Demonstration
It is recommended that the project partner develop a fully functional prototype for installation and demonstration in a professional showroom environment.
The prototype should be connected to the electrical grid and designed to demonstrate continuous operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This would provide a compelling, real-world demonstration of the technology’s operational capabilities, reliability, and long-term performance.
The installation should incorporate a comprehensive data logging and monitoring system to continuously record operating parameters, energy flows, performance metrics, and other relevant technical data. These data should be accessible for analysis and verification, providing transparent documentation of the prototype’s operation over extended periods.
Such a demonstration would strengthen the project’s commercial credibility, provide potential investors and strategic partners with tangible evidence of the technology in operation, and create a strong foundation for further development, validation, and commercialisation.
PME System – A Potential Game-Changer in the Future of Energy
A New Era of Reliable, Affordable and Continuous Energy
The PME system has the potential to become a leading energy solution of the future, offering a compelling alternative to traditional wind power and nuclear energy.
With the potential to reduce manufacturing costs by nearly 50% compared with wind turbines and nuclear power systems, PME could open the door to a new generation of more affordable and accessible energy production.
Unlike wind and solar power, which depend on weather conditions, the PME system is designed to deliver continuous operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, regardless of weather conditions.
Why PME Could Transform the Energy Industry
Significantly lower manufacturing costs – Potential cost savings of nearly 50% compared with wind and nuclear energy technologies.
Continuous energy production – Designed for uninterrupted operation, day and night, throughout the year.
Weather-independent performance – Energy production that does not rely on wind, sunshine or favourable weather conditions.
Reliable energy supply – The potential to reduce dependence on intermittent renewable sources and the need for additional balancing capacity.
Global commercial potential – An opportunity to reshape how industries, businesses and communities access reliable energy.
An Investment Opportunity with Global Potential
As global demand for affordable, reliable and sustainable energy continues to grow, the PME system represents a potentially significant opportunity for strategic investors, energy companies and industrial partners.
The next step is to develop and demonstrate a fully operational prototype, validating its performance, reliability, manufacturing costs and commercial scalability under real-world conditions.
PME could represent a new direction for the global energy market: continuous power, lower potential costs and a technology designed to operate independently of the weather.
The future of energy may not depend on when the wind blows or the sun shines. It may depend on what comes next.
Neodymium Magnets (NdFeB) (N60) are the strongest type of permanent magnets commercially available. They can be manufactured in a wide variety of shapes and configurations, making them suitable for applications such as magnetic motors. Under the right conditions, neodymium magnets can generate exceptionally powerful magnetic fields and store an enormous amount of magnetic energy. N52 & Neodymium Magnets (NdFeB) test
