❌ No – we source and connect investors for you. Is Invest Business House ISO 9001 Certified?
❌No, Invest Business House is not currently ISO 9001 certified. However, we closely follow the principles and requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management standard in our operations, processes, and continuous improvement efforts. While we have not pursued formal certification, our internal procedures are aligned with many of the best practices outlined in ISO 9001.
- Can I buy shares or equity through you?
❌ No - Can private individuals find investors through Invest Business House?
❌ No – only registered companies can use our services. Is Invest Business House subject to supervision by the EU’s Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet)?
❌ No Invest Business House is not subject to supervision by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet), as the company acts solely as an investment intermediary. There is no legal basis under EU law requiring this type of activity to be subject to supervision by Finanstilsynet.

Policy Regarding Former Criminals Seeking Investment or Business Partnerships!
Invest Business House is an internationally recognized company with a strong reputation. We collaborate with respected corporations and investors around the world and therefore maintain a strict policy regarding integrity and compliance.
❌We do not accept applications, inquiries, or business proposals from individuals who are convicted of, or have previously been convicted of, criminal offenses. This policy also applies to individuals who have later cooperated with law enforcement authorities or testified against other criminals. Our policy is clear and non-negotiable: we do not enter into business relationships with current or former criminals.

- What is your success rate in finding investors?
Success varies. Sometimes it happens quickly; other times it can take 6–8 months.
This depends on the industry, market, and political factors. - How long does it take before an investor joins a project?
Typically between 4 and 10 months, depending on the project type and number of investors involved. - When does the agreement with Invest Business House take effect?
When the contract is signed and the administration fee is paid. - How long is the contract valid?
12 – 120 months, or for the duration of the investment. - May I contact the investors directly?

We must participate as observers in all physical or online meetings. Duty to Negotiate and Material Breach
Where Party 1 proposes or demands any amendment to this Agreement, Party 1 shall be under a continuing obligation to engage in good faith, meaningful, and bona fide negotiations with Party 2 (Invest Business House) for the purpose of reaching a mutually acceptable agreement. No amendment to this Agreement shall take effect unless expressly agreed to in writing by both Parties.
If Party 1 fails to commence or participate in such negotiations within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of a written request from Party 2, or otherwise refuses, without reasonable justification, to negotiate in good faith, such conduct shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be deemed to give rise to a dispute between the Parties.
Upon the occurrence of such breach, Party 2 shall be entitled, without further notice, to commence any available dispute resolution proceedings, including litigation or any agreed alternative dispute resolution procedure, and to exercise all rights and remedies available under this Agreement and applicable law.
If it is determined by a final judgment, arbitral award, or written settlement that Party 1 has wrongfully refused to comply with its obligation to negotiate in good faith or has attempted to impose unilateral amendments to this Agreement, Party 1 shall indemnify and hold harmless Party 2 against all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with the dispute, including reasonable legal fees, attorneys’ fees, court costs, arbitration costs, and other related professional expenses, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

✅ Yes – however, we do not sign NDAs, as we receive a large number of projects. If a customer or partner insists on receiving information about which companies, individuals, or members of our network we have successfully secured investors for, our response is straightforward:
We do not disclose such information. Confidentiality is a fundamental principle of our business, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of both our investors and the companies or partners we work with.
If access to this type of information is a requirement, then our services may not be the right fit. We stand for professionalism, discretion, and quality. Any references or success stories can only be shared at the sole discretion of the investors and their respective partners.
- Can my project remain anonymous and not appear on your website?

✅Yes, business loans can be provided for the industrial sector and other business areas through our partners. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement to the extent such failure or delay is caused by an event of Force Majeure beyond the reasonable control of the affected Party, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, flood, fire, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes (other than those involving the affected Party’s own workforce), governmental actions, embargoes, sanctions, power outages, or failures of telecommunications or transportation infrastructure.
The affected Party shall notify the other Party in writing without undue delay, and in any event no later than five (5) calendar days after becoming aware of the Force Majeure event, providing reasonable details of the circumstances and the anticipated duration of the disruption. The affected Party shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
The obligations of the affected Party shall be suspended only for the duration of the Force Majeure event. If the Force Majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) consecutive days and substantially prevents performance of this Agreement, either Party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice without liability, except for obligations that accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure event or which expressly survive termination.
Force Majeure shall not excuse or delay any obligation to pay amounts that became due prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure event, nor shall it apply to circumstances that could reasonably have been avoided or mitigated by the affected Party.
