Register of Reported Companies
The purpose of this register is to promote transparency and assist investors, business partners, and other stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding companies that have been reported based on documented and verifiable circumstances.
Only reports supported by relevant and verifiable documentation will be included in the register. It is therefore not possible to register a company solely on the basis of subjective opinions, dissatisfaction, or undocumented allegations made by investors, customers, or other individuals.
The required documentation may include, but is not limited to:
- PDF documents

- Emails
- Written agreements
- Correspondence
- Public records
- Other relevant and verifiable evidence
Access to the register is restricted to authorized paying users. Access is granted upon payment of a subscription or access fee of EUR 3000 one time, after which personal login credentials will be issued.
The register is operated and maintained in compliance with applicable European Union legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). Personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for the purposes of the register and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The purpose of the register is to help protect investors and other stakeholders from becoming involved with companies where documented circumstances may indicate inadequate management, poor business practices, governance concerns, or other matters that may be material to an investment or business decision.
For each registered company, the following information may be displayed:
- Company name
- Company registration number (VAT or equivalent national registration number)
- Registered business address
- Country of incorporation or registration
- Relevant documentation and case description, where legally permissible and justified

All registrations are subject to an individual review and assessment of the submitted documentation before inclusion in the register.

Contractual Conduct
A1. Breach of Contract

- Dispute concerning payment obligations.
A4. Non-Compliance with Contract
- Failure to meet contractual requirements.
- Failure to deliver agreed services or products.
- Failure to comply with contractual procedures.
A5. Refusal to Negotiate
- Refusal to participate in dispute resolution discussions.
- Refusal to respond to reasonable settlement proposals.
- Refusal to engage in good-faith negotiations.

- Outstanding invoices.
- Repeated payment delays.
- Ongoing debt collection proceedings.
B2. Contract Risk
- Multiple reported contract disputes.
- Pattern of disputed contractual obligations.
- History of attempted contract renegotiation after execution.
B3. Commercial Reliability Risk
- Repeated complaints regarding contractual performance.
- Repeated refusal to resolve disputes.
- Pattern of unresolved commercial conflicts.

NDA
Pursuant to the executed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), we are not authorized to disclose, discuss, or otherwise communicate any information relating to the companies’ products, technologies, business operations, or any other confidential and proprietary information. Such information remains subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
This information is accessible to more than 90,000 investors and investment funds worldwide.
The registration shall be deleted upon full satisfaction of the registered obligation or pursuant to a final and enforceable court order directing its deletion after fifteen (20) years.
All expenses incurred in connection with such deletion, including court costs and legal fees, shall be the responsibility of the registering company.
