Bankruptcy and Subsequent Proceedings
In the event of bankruptcy, a court-appointed trustee assumes responsibility for administering the estate, including the realization and distribution of assets. Upon completion of this process, eligible parties may receive compensation corresponding to their verified losses.

If it is about force majeure may demonstrate the occurrence of natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, storms, wars, strikes, pandemics, cyberattacks, or other criminal activities. In such situations, the insurance coverage may not apply, even if the premium has been paid.

Commercial Law — Bankruptcy Insurance Coverage Clause

Clause [X]: Insurance Coverage in the Event of Bankruptcy

1. The insurance shall not cover the bankrupt company itself or any of its liabilities.

2. The insurance shall solely cover the capital amount invested by the Investor in the bankrupt company.

3. The insurance policy shall be registered exclusively in the name of the Investor and/or the Investor’s company.

4. Any insurance compensation shall be paid directly to the Investor, and under no circumstances to the bankrupt entity or its estate.

5. The Insurer shall have no obligation or liability toward the bankrupt company or its creditors beyond the coverage expressly provided to the Investor under this Agreement.
