The standard processing time for the application is approximately four months. In certain cases, this period may be extended. Invest Business House cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by late submissions, in reference to the four-month processing timeframe.

As a result, the administration fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This fee covers the cost of listing, processing, and presenting your project to our network of investors but does not ensure funding.

Project Size Criteria
We primarily focus on investment opportunities above $90 million. Projects valued under $50 million are considered outside our core investment scope. While such projects may still be added to our database, we do low actively market or prioritize them, and there is no assurance that they will receive investor interest or funding.
